In a world filled with media that shows a showreel of negatives it is important to remember that this world is full of people doing good deeds on a daily basis and some of these deeds have the power to change and indeed do change the course of history!

Living in the moment is key to a positive mindset. It may sound profound but the present is all we have so you may as well make the most of it. The above picture is making this very point. Too many times we will think of what could happen rather than enjoying what is in front of us. I don't always get this right but I understand it's importance.
